Completely new for 2024, our fully-guided itinerary takes you across Japan’s southernmost island, journeying to difficult-to-access regions like Ibusuki at the southern tip of Kagoshima, famous for its hot steam “sand baths”. You’ll also have the rare opportunity to ride the special “Orange Shokudo” gourmet sightseeing train, which includes a delicious deluxe lunch aboard the train.
There are a multitude of unique shopping opportunities, like a mentaiko factory (Fukuoka specialty) and a black vinegar factory (Kirishima specialty), plus plenty of time to soak away your stress in a variety of soothing hot springs, including a night with your own private bath attached to your room!
