Updated “Air Ticket Only” handling policy
Applies to customers booking air tickets without any accompanying accommodation purchase after October 15, 2024
Does NOT apply to customers purchasing air tickets in conjunction with a tour or accommodation package.
Does NOT apply to group air ticket bookings.
Thank you to all of our customers for supporting us over the years. As we continue to transition away from being primarily an air ticketing company to becoming a full-service package and tour company, we will no longer be handling individual “air ticket only” requests from October 15, 2024. We will continue to handle Air + Hotel accommodation packages, as well as group (10+ seats) air ticket reservations.
We understand that this may cause difficulties for some customers and deeply apologize for any inconvenience. Unfortunately current business conditions have forced us to move away from individual “air ticket only” reservations. We will gladly help you if you’d like to book an Air + Hotel package with us. We offer a variety of outstanding group tours, as well as customizable, flexible packages to fit the needs of different types of travelers.
